E-Machine Buyer Beware

I bought an E-machine in june 2006. Out of the 4.5 months I have owned it , it has been at Gateway to be fixed 5 times(2 months time). I have been on hold for over 1200 minutes to find out that they don't know when I will get my computer back. Still waiting to get my computer back from them!
