elite technologies misrepresented itself to me,I believe. They have told me they would call me back and didn't. Vanessa hung up on me when I called and asked to talk to the Nicole who had told me she would call me back a week ago. When I asked to talk to a manager, Rod who had told me it was my fault they couldn't do anything, exclaimed 'JESUS CHRIST!' as he patched me through to James the manager. James was also the manager I had talked to before when I had recieved their packet. I had told him after reading it it was not what I had understood it to be,and would like a refund. This is a company that solicited my business.I did not call them for their bussiness. James told me I have a gaurantee that if they can not save me $2,500.00 they will refund my $500.00. They have lied to me since day one so why should I put stock in their gaurantee?
