Every had an electronic item go out on you the day after the warranty runs out. Try to get help from anyone. People need to stand up and be heard we are tired of being taken on these items. You expect an LCD monitor to last longer than 12 months and shouldn't have to purchase an extended warranty to make sure you get it fixed or replaced. Wish more people would stand up and complain about the same thing. Maybe we could get it changed.
