Electric Bill

Florida Power and Light are such a monopoly, they charge outrageous fees for electricity, and you have no choice but to pay it or get shut off, my whole weeks paycheck will have to pay for the electric bill I have, what is a family to do with this? Its totally not fair! we have other bills to pay, why does it take my whole weeks paycheck to pay for electric,we do not abuse the use of the electric either, always being conscious of it use, and the sad part is there is nothing you can do about it.
