Can you believe that an on line travel agency can expect you to fax them details of credit cards and passports?My 85 year old father made an on line booking for my sister,for a flight, as she has no credit cards herself.He was told that he had to fill in some forms and fax them together with photocopies of his credit card and passport,before the ticket was issued.My sister telephoned the 0800 number to ask what was going on and an Asian sounding woman answered.Neither could understand what the other was saying.This is the so called customer services!We then had to contact the airline company direct to sort out the problem.They were appalled and said thet they should never ask such details to be faxed as anybody could have access to them.Security? What a joke
