EBAY's Negligent Conduct

EBay International - the online auction site has rapidly grown since its establishment and has millions of users worldwide. You would think a company of this size owes a duty of care to its members that use the service, to protect consumers and support businesses trading via the site - such as online shops. I've now had 3 or 4 accounts suspended due to ridiculous policies and general ebay staff errors. When ebay closes an account, it not only disrupts the account holders credibility it also causes knock on effect financial problems through linked transactions that were in process before the account was suspended. Ive made ebay aware i intend to sue their company for consequential loss through their corporate negligence so if anyone wishes to do the same email me at: reptilogdomains@hotmail.com
