Ebay sends out billing notices to members for charges that were invalid. If you don't pay the fraudulent invoice they ban you from active membership then they threaten collections and pointed credit slander They refuse to discuss the matter in any way except via email. They can dodge the issue forever in this way Many members may be paying sums that must equals millions of bogus billings from their electronic fraud organization!
