My family travelled using Easy Jet to Paris (Disney resort)for my wife's 40 birthday. It's the first time for my little girl, we had a fantastic time. On the way back we had a bad delay which ruined a good weekend, We arrived at the airport checking desk for 9 O'clock am, we eventually took off at 8.15pm of the same day. I have complained to Easy Jet 4 times through there email complaints procedure, each time I have received a prompt reply saying I will here from them in 28 days. I've heard nothing in 3 months, I have rang the service line which after 10 minuet tells you to ring back as they are very busy. Calls cost 60p per minuet. My question is has anyone ever manage to get a result complaining to Ease Jet?
