I bought a electric golf trolley from Easycaddy Ltd in Swansea South Wales. The trolley snapped within 5 months of moderate use and Easycaddy refused to refund the cost and stated a weld to the trolley would not work. As they did not do refunds they offered a reduced price upgrade which I took. This broke within 3 months and they have refused yet again to refund me. I have decided after taking legal advice to take them to small claims court. The amount of my claim is only £200 but it is the way I have been treated that has made me do this. I have to warn everyone I can. DO NOT DEAL WITH EASYCADDY LTD OF SOUTH WALES>>>>>> THEY ARE IN MY OPINION CON ARTISTS OUT TO RIP YOU OFF>>>>>
