Easy Step Kit SBA Loan

I am having problems getting the functionality promised from the Development Specialist Easy Step Kit to get an SBA loan. If will not generate the required forms and my system crashes when certain PDF forms are requested. I spoke with the representative and they emailed me the forms that would not work. They indicated that this was a known problem.
