Earthlink Service Sucks!

I have a Sierra Wireless 555 Modem card for my laptop, service is EW CDMA Laptop Product EW CDMA UNLIMITED $79.95 per month. They have charged me with violating the agreement AND have WITHOUT NOTICE terminated my service. They are saying I over used my 'UNLIMITED' service agreement. There own discription of my account says there are not limits. They have jerked me around and lied to me over and over. The last lie, was that someone at level 4 would be contacting me, within the next four hours, that was well over 24 hours ago. I do not download music or video's so that should tell you about my useage. Since when did 'UNLIMITED' have a new meaning? Has this happened to anyone else? Annie
