Earthlink is as bad as AOL

I signed up tp Earthlink just this week and asked if the initial $21.95 would be applicable and the incompetant rep said no. The system's dial up and it is not only super slow but it keeps freezing up on me. I call to check on a pending transaction and guess what? Yeah they charged me explanation from the other rep was that they charge one month ahead even thought the initial 30 days are free!!! I had planned on getting my kids some groceries because we are all out and now I can't!!! We have no milk, no bread, no juice, no fruit or veggies!!! All we have is some cereal, a package of frozen chicken, a package frozen pork chops, and some onions!!! I am furious!!!! They told me the refund was going to take 7 to 10 business days!!!!
