
Earthlink Cannot fix DSL and Home Phone Service

I have been an EarthLink customer for over 6 years now. I recently accepted a promo to upgrade to a bundle package of voice and high speed dsl. I have been without service since September 20, 2006 and have been working with support almost daily, and have been continuoulsy billed for service that I have not received.
