NEVER buy a Dyson vacuum! They do not do what the commercials or consumer reports say. If you complain, they tell you to go through this elaborate process to clean your vacuum...which doesn't improve it's sucky suction. There is so much hype about these vacuums...but they're not worth the money. Dyson also told me they wouldn't refund my money. They said I had to go to the place I purchased it at about 10 months ago to get a refund. I called the place we bought it from and they said that was a lie. Dyson tries to hide the complaints so they can boost sales. By the way, they lost all records of my previous complaints! Go figure. Take it from an honest consumer...the only thing that sucks about this vacuum is the vacuum itself! Don't waste your $400!
