Dump truck

We rcently purchased a one ton dump truck off of a Google search, 1000 miles from where we live.I had conversations for many days with questions for the salesman, who assured me that they were an honest business. I specificaally had concerns about salt damage to this vehicle, I was assured that there was only surface rust, and that they had to disclose to the customer otherwise.I was also told that there was no problems with the truck, that it was ready to work. When the truck was delivered to us,we found extensive rust damage, the rear drums and brakes were completely rusted and wore out. The entire exhaust system has rust holes throughout, the tail lights don't work, the window (power) won't roll down, the air conditioner doesn't work (this truck was advertised with a.c..We have had the truck for 9 days, we have not been able to use it one day, it has been in two different shops at this time, and still needs to go to the muffler shop. Our first bill was for $1150.00, the truck when finished there, had to be pushed out of the shop as it wouldn't start. It is now in shop #2 for the starting problem. We have not been able to work as our truck is our whole business.Because of this, we have lost alot of income. We had sold our old dump truck in one day knowing we had purchased another one. The dealer is not wanting to make this right, he said we (including the mechanics) were exaggerating. He claims they do not get under the vehicles to inspect them, yet his brother the salesman, assured me this truck was inspected with no problems, and minimal rust. We can not even afford all the repairs necessary. The truck is 11 years old, so we are overlooking alot of little problems, due to the age. These other problems are unacceptable, and now we have no income coming in. Theres alot more I could say but my story is too lng. We don't know what to do.Do we have any legal recourse? Can I give them negative feedback since it was on Google search and not Ebay? Please help. This was alot of monet to us, we work very hard to try and support our family, and now we can't even work. Thank you- Bonnie
