The customer service department for Dell computers is useless. I ordered a power supply for my desk top but they would not send out a power supply until i either opened my account back up, which i wouldn't do, or put it on credit cards, which i don't have, or send them a check. I sent them a check and they were to get me a power supply sent out. That was June 21. Subsequently i have called and emailed them several (10) times. One guy told me he would send me a power supply at no charge. Funny cause they had my money already. I got a power chord instead of a power supply. When i contacted customer service again they stated they had no record of me paying by check and that the item i received was not charged to me. Funny they still have my money from the original order. Are the people that work in Dell's customer Service dept that stupid. So i sent them a copy of the cancelled check to verify to them that i indeed sent in the money. I still don't have a power supply. I still don't have my money. I still don't have access to my computer. Oh an by the way. I have a dell desk top computer for sale. all it needs is a power supply.
