DSL Reports aka Broadband reports slanders individ

My complaint deals with a website company called DSL Reports aka Broadband Reports.com a profit making company owned by a gentlemen called 'Justin.' From my personal experience with their individual posting of a newspaper article concerning me charged with a false misameanor charge under $500 regarding the 'so called cutting of a Comcast cable' which layed across my driveway for a period of six weeks causing injury to my wife and being a hazard to neighbors in my community. This site promoted this false and misquoted article from the Dallas Morning News in 2004. In the process of the posting at least a half dozen so called 'moderators' slandered my name and made fun of this situation bringing great pain to me and my family after various friends became aware of this posting. It is my belief this site has a standard procedure of slandering individuals and companies alike in order to recruit additional members who pay ten dollars for the position of a volunteer monitor on the site. It is also my belief that this company receives back door compensation from various companies in the DSL industry in order for the site to promote their services under the false pretense of objective reviews of their services. This site needs a close investigation by the FCC and hopefully be closed down. The false charge in question was dismissed by the District Attorney of my county. To date this site still has this unjust story posted and will not add an explanation on my part nor delete the story after two long years.
