DSL Phone Service

We pay +$50/month for a DSL line. When it requires diagnosis, the team (based in Bangalore?) said they would call back in 15 minutes. It was 3+ hours later, nearly midnight in the States, and their 'solution' was that we'd have to pay $200 for an in-home visit to diagnose, not repair, the problem.
