Drug Tests for Welfare Recipients

It's me, the bus driver again. I plan to do a blog on this idea. Why are people on welfare not drug tested as a part of receiving free money from the taxpayers?? I have to submit to random testing. Even at my last job...random testing was normal. A lot of working Americans submit to testing as part of their employment...why not those that AREN'T working and are getting money from the taxes of those of us that are? There should be no problem with this. If you are drug free, you have nothing to worry about. If you're not, then make your own money to give to the dope man. We spend billions of dollars fighting drugs and then supply the money to a lot of addicts to fuel the dopemans empire. By no means am I saying that everyone on welfare is a drug user...don't get me wrong. But I have been around enough to know that there IS a lot of welfare money lining the dealers pockets and we need to put an end to it!
