Drivetime

If you have bad credit, and need a vehical that is reliable, Do NOT go to Drivetime, they will screw you and not even care that you are left with out a car. see,what happened was, I bought a 2000 montero from drivetime, and the day I test drove it the service ingine lite was on, and it pulled to the right, they said 'no prob' we can take care of that, ok, fine, I thogut, the next day I was on my way to work, it started raining, and the winshield wipers didn't work!!! the next day, It was my radio then the next day it was something else, I called drive time everyday, I found something wrong with the car, for 2 weeks I did this until I finally got it to their shop. And when I got it back they said well, It is good as new now, you shouldn't have any more problems, I said thank god, I got 2 miles down the road and it started pulling to the right, and the next day, I called to tell them, that it was not fixed, nothing was fixed!! Well, To make a long store short, I ended up returing the vehical, and they took 15 min. to report it as a repo!! 10 min!! it took my credit score from 623 to 410!!! I have got an attorny now, so if you live in texas, and have had any problems with drivetime, be on teh look out for a 'class action' lawsuite, its time that we as consumers stop bending over and just taking it. Least it is for me.
