A tilement company changed the deed into the new deed owner. the lawyer for the new deed owner excepted final account with forged papers and a misspelled signuter. Their was no power of atterony.Their was a copie of my drivers license and my husband's death certificate, a story why I was not at the closing. All of the papers that was surpost to have been signed by me had a differen address for the man. The distect atterony investergater closed the case, because he said he would put the deed back in my name. I'm A widow of 63, on a low S.S. income. I lost my busines a few years before. the men broke into my home was not erested, because he told the ploice he was evicting me and sould him the deed. Legal aid could only help me with the eviction. I was told to get a lawyer by everyone. I recieved a rebate check from my motgage company. The checks went to a lawyer in he's eeexsroll account. I have to pay for three hand writing expects which is 500 dallors per exspect. My lawyer had me sign a contact with him. I have to pay him, and give him 1/3 third of what I get. my lawyer filed in the surperm court. the men tried to evict me a second time. My lawyer had it dismised to the surperm court. At the same time he spoke to the men's lawyer and said he would make a deal with the men if he lets me sale the house and I give the man 10% of the sale, pay he's mortgage off and I would get the rest. I do not trust my lawyer know, because he will get one thrid of the money. My lawyer is sueing the tittelement company, the tittelment ins. compamy the noterory and the men. He is not sueing the apprasial company how said the man lived in my home at the time of the apprasial, or the mortgage company's lawyers how excepting papers with a signuter misspelt.The men is not paying the mortgage. He tried to remortgage the house, was going to sale the house if he could have gotten me out. The man also took 2,000 dollars from me to pay the taxes of the house, and did not pay the taxes. If I had not gotten the checks from the mortgage company, I would have not gotten a lawyer because I couldn't aford a lawyer. This is a berzer case. This is also why the elderly are losing their homes to scamers. No one is helping the victoms, every one is bameing the victoms, because they have falen behind in their mortgage, and a resucer claims there going to help them. Be alone after 40 years with valuables you can't seem to sale, and no money. No help from anyone, and turned down from a revers mortgage, because you owed 20,000 dollars over what the goverment will alow.
