I draw on myself to prevent from cutting my self. I do it everyday and I come home with all this writing on my arms. people say it's just I'm hiding all my thoughts and I just need to let them out but I can't so I use this app.

Instead of writing/drawing on your arms why don't you put pen to paper. Sometimes when you read over the stuff you write you understand yourself a bit better and can take the first step in overcoming the negative way you feel
