Dr Gerard Boutin was chosen by and literally paid for by my soon to be ex husband to do an evaluation for the court to determine whether or not I was alienating our children from a loving father or protecting them from a psychologically disturbed and dangerous man. My soon to be ex husband is so 'disturbingly creepy' that it doesn't take a trained psycholgist to see that there is definately something wrong with him because I have even had strangers tell me that they would described him as Star Wars--Darth Moll/Darth Vader creepy after meeting him only once. He is so obviously unbalanced and overall scarey to talk to that the private investigator who had to serve my husband the divorce papers was so disturbed by him that when I called him several months after serving my soon to be ex his papers to see if he might remember my husband he retorted---how could I forget him. It's not often that someone can spook a private investigator so bad that they can't forget the person months later. With normal everyday people being able to see how mentally unbalanced my husband is...a trained psychologist as Dr. Boutin found nothing wrong with my husband, but everything wrong with myself and with the 2 children which he thoroughly trashed in his report to the court!!! I had protected the children from the husband for 2 years but thanks to Dr. BOutin's glowing report on the husband the Judge signed an order forcing the children to have to see their father that had ran out and left us to die when he abandoned the home after Hurricane Jeanne which had made 3 breaks in our roof which caused stachybotrys mold in the home from water damage on the kitchen and bedroom walls. My pregnant daughter and myself became so ill from the mold that she had to be rushed to the ER twice. He refused to help any of us during the whole ordeal. During the husband's first visitation with the children last week due to Dr. Boutin's recommendation he blamed the children for his running out on the family and leaving us to die and made threats to the children. This week he blamed me for everything that happened after running out to leave us to die and again made threats to the children. My children have become so ill from the visitations that my youngest has withdrawn and doesn't want to talk to anyone and my oldest has been complaining of chest pains. If anything happens to either of these children during their visitation and/or because of their being forced into visitation with their father it will be on Dr. Boutin's head for his blatently biased evaluation in favor of the husband. I am currently contesting his evaluation and am calling for a forensic review of his evaluation wherein I can disprove all of his lies in his evaluation and the contridictions between his evaluation and his deposition for the court.
