bought a new mini from douglas park bmw dealership in hamilton. front 2 tyres wore down to excess at about 4000 miles. i spoke to the garage and a Mr Rankin the service manager who i spoke to was an absolute disgrace, very unfriendly, useless and was not interested in what i had to say, told me that i had an old mini and once it waqs bought they were not interested in the tyres, i was furious, his attitude to me was an outragous disgrace.
