I have recently brought a new house with my partner and we decided to change our windows. After much consideration and comparisson of prices we decided to use a local ferm. Since the begining of the job we have had one day where they did not show up at all. The job was estimated to take 2 days but has taken 7! (and still ongoing) The manager has spun a web of lies rather then telling us exactly what has gone on. The manager has never stuck to deadlines, start times or promises of any kind. We have had mastic used to cover up patches of missing rendor and pains of glass put in incorrectly. Just think we are paying nearly £7000 for the privalige of all this hastle.
