DONT USE WINDOW WORLD

Window World of Madison, Wisconsin has given me nothing but headaches. I have been waiting 5 months for them to install windows for me. I attempted to withhold the remainder of the payment, but the manager stole my credit card number and charged it anyways. Now, I have to complain to everyone about this company and it takes a lot of time. I have also found 2 other people within 3 blocks of my house that have had problems with this same company.
