My home insurance company dropped me because I made a claim (my inadequate pipes leaked all winter - mold grew all over my basement and had to be cleaned up or it would kill my senior citizen mother living with me). Then, when I had to renew or put my mortgage into jeapardy, they dropped me like a pancake. Excellent! They took my money for 10 years, but screeched when I needed them.
