Don't Trust Empire Suzuki of Plano

After viewing Empire Suzuki's advertisement on UPN21, I called their 800-New-Ride number. After providing information to one David Dillarreal (sp), he told me to hold. Upon coming back, he said, 'Congratulations, you qualify for several of our loan programs.' He then insisted that I needed to come in by 11:45, or call if I couldn't make that appointment, 'because if you don't show up and I can't update the computer, the finance department will give that money to someone else.' Thinking I had financing, I drove 45 minutes out of my way to go to this dealership. Upon arrival, I was asked to fill out more paperwork, and then told I was not approved for financing after all, and needed a cosignor. I walked out. You DFW prospective car buyers out there? I suggest you never call 800-NEW-RIDE or 800-NEXT-RIDE. EVER.
