Don't ship through DHL

DHL is a ridicules company to do business with. They delivered my package to the wrong house, same numbers, wrong street. Then they claim they can't retrieve the package. They did not bother to tell me they decided the package was unretrievable. I had to make addition inquire(s) to find that out. Nice. I am told the company must file a claim. They would send them the money, they in turn will send the money to me. Yeah right. Or I need written permisson from the shipper to file a claim myself. Wow. Cracker Jack group of S*i*heads. Everyone should boycot DHL, and DHL Express. Let TBS know that you don't like DHL being a sponsor on their baseball broadcasts. When buying online I will refuse to do business with any company that ships through DHL. We need to stand up and let companies know we don't have to take their crap lying down. This may seem minor but lets put these companies with such poor customer service on notice. Thanks for listening to me complain.
