Don't go near Orange Broadband!!

Don't use Orange broadband they suck!! It took 3 months for us to get re-connected when we moved address and no one could tell us why!! We were connected for 1 1/2 months and now we have a line fault which so far has taken 2 weeks and still no fix in sight. The customer service is non-existent if you have a complaint they ask you to write to head office which do nothing either!! they really are the company from hell when it comes to dealing with a problem, don't I repeat don't go near them use any other company, you will be thankful..I am trying to munt a campaign to boycott them entirley, that's how bad it's got. If you know anyone who uses them please try to get them to switch, we only have the power to change these things if there are enough people willing to make a stand. Thanks for listening to my rant, and I hope you will all take the advice. Bob
