Don't buy Samsung

They don't care about their customers, don't stand behind their products. Don't buy anything from samsung, because they will blame you in all problems, plus, if you send your products in for repair, there is a chance that you will get it back repaired, but something else damaged, such as the case of that product and if you send it back again for a repair for a second time, then kiss good by to your product, because shipper will blame samsung and samsung will blame shipper, and you dear consumer will never get your product back. As you guessed, this is my experience with samsung, and it has been already about 2 months, and none of the parties don't want to take a responsibility for the case. So looks like I gave my money time and nervs to samsung and the shipper for nothing, and in return while I was trying to find out when I was going to receive my product back talking over the phone with samsung agent without loosing my control and raising my voice and being very calm, all of the sadden for no reason I hear the agent saying if I continue the conversation he will hung up the phone. I smiled and said, ' No problem, you can hung up the phone, I will loose my money, but you will loose your job, because nobody is happy with your customer service and lots of your products, no wonder I see so many customer complaints all over the internet. Dear Reader, at the end I wish you the best, and please learn from me, and don't try this at home, because it's very toxic for your health, and can damage your nerves, ang heart you financialy. SAMSUNG GUARANTIES YOUR 100 % UNSATISFACTION !!!
