DON'T BUY AVERATEC LAPTOP

I recently purchased an Averatec laptop that lasted just a little over a year. The repair company I used had to replace the hard drive and the system board. But now Averatec refuses to send me a recovery CD of the software that was loaded on the laptop when I bought it. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM AVERATEC!!
