Dog Excrement

This is the only site I could lodge a complaint without ending up at the beginning again to no avail. I stepped in dog poop outside a Petcetera Store on Grandview Hwy and Rupert today. I suggested that someone pick it up in case someone else steps into it. I left the store 1/2 hour later and it was still there. While trying to clean off my shoes on dry pavement and phoneing head office in Richmond B.C. I still didn't see anyone coming to at least put paper on it. The staff needs to be trained to handle such touchy tasks. Thanking you in advance for a place to vent, Sharon
