Dr Stephen Carney located in San Mateo refuse to give me a workmans comp referal to Stanford University because he does do work man's comp. I have a letter from a doctor from Stanford saying that my problem is related to work, and to file a claim I have to see my primary care doctor to get a referal so I can have surgery to correct the problem. Because he's does do workmans comp I get to suffer or pay for the surgery myself. Now here's a doctor who believes in his hypocratic oath
