Hammack Real Estate property management company with offices in the Pacific Northwest (including the Boise, Idaho, area) is a corrupt and evil business. Do NOT rent, lease, or buy from them--they will take your money and then not comply with the terms of their own contract, and will not respond to any lawful, fair, and reasonable requests you make to resolve any of your certain-to-be-found regrets on doing business with them. They are the epitome of the dispicable, stereotypical slumlord /absentee owner, and can be described as sleazier than the lowest depiction of the slimiest low-down used car peddlers, corrupt politicians, even lower than low-life porn pushers.
