I missed an appointment with Erickson Callejo DDS due to a facility emergency. I am a maintenance director at a skilled nursing facility and could not leave. I was charged a $100.00 missed appointment fee witch I simply refused to pay. I never authorized this. He has since turned it over to collection and reported it on my credit report. I think this just goes to the integrity and professionalism of this practice.
