Dishnetwork RIPP OFF

I saw an add in a store where I go to get food, with a male next to a van writen all over (Dish Network), so I called the number on the add he showed up, to install a dish in my house. Because there was trees in my property he said that it is very hard to get a signal, but after I asked him what can we do to have the Dish, so that's when he said that if you pay me the $600.00. I will do it, no matter how many trees you have. So I thought that that's probably how much the company charges. So I DID!!! 2 minutes after he left, he called me and asked me where is your bank in the area. I said why? Is very close and I gave him the answer. After I hung up with him. I called DISHNETWORK, and asked them how much does it cost to install a dish, they said is free. I said FREE!!! I told them that I just had a person install the DISH and he charged me $600.00. They said, FOR WHAT? I said I don't know. So, they have people comming in our houses and steling money from us that they have no idea who they are, but yet they give them the van the right to install their products. I told them I want my money back. They answered 'THERE IS NOTHING WE COULD DO'. Everyone that heard this, could not believe it. DISHNETWORK a huge company letting their employees to steal, no wonder they are still in business. I tried calling the person he would not pick up the phone, I must have dialed his number about 50 times. I am a very hard working person trying to make life the most honest way that I could possible do, I am so angry that DISHNETWORK rips off people just like that. And they get away with it.
