DISH1UP DirectTV SCAM

DISH1UP satellite dealer makes their toll free number almost the same as Dish network except the prefix of 888 so when someone calls them by mistake they think they are talking to Dishnetwork then they are sold a promotion with DirectTV. At no time during my experience was I told otherwise. Even their automated menu does not say their company name. When I later figured it out after the new installation and they told me I had a 30 day trial to cancell it if I wanted. My initial conversation with DirectTV I was told I did have the 30 day trial so I could think about it more before cancelling. When I contacted DirectTV again to cancel I was told I would need to pay $300 early termination and that I did not have a 30 day trial. They have not had a supervisor call as they said they would. I am very unhappy with both Dish1up and DirctTV!
