Dish network apparently in small writing states that with cancellation your credit or debit card is automatically charged for the amount of cancellation without any notice. I called and let them know that they had taken my payment that was suppose to go to Consumers energy for a shut off notice and that I have a small baby with no help from anybody. They pretty much laughed at me! So read the fine print or be safe and stick with charter cable!!!!!!!!!!!!
