disgusting behaviour of barstaff at brewers fayre

I have just sent this as an e-mail to brewers fayre head office to complain about the events of last night...... Dear sir/madam, i have been a 'regular' of the red lion pub in elstow beds for the past 27 years and have always found it a pleasant place to eat and have been on many occasions, but never before have i been so humiliated and disgusted by the behaviour of the barstaff last night. I was physically manhandled and told to leave for no reason whatsoever and my girlfriend was pushed by the scottish girl who was behind the bar,i dont know her name as she must have only started within the last 3 months. It started about 3 months ago when as usual we had spent a pleasant evening in the bar and had spent a lot of money on the 'question machine' when just before 11.00pm i asked the bartender(alison) if i could have another five pound's worth of change and was promptly refused because i was told that she was not allowed to open the till, then all of a sudden,a man appeared from behind me and asked for some crisps and to my complete astonishment, she opened the till and he was served willingly, obviously i was incensed by this as i was refused, when i asked why, i didn't get a satisfactory explanation. At about 11.15 when we were ready to go,i accidently spilt my half pint that i had left on the bar and was told i was out of order!I was completely dumbstruck as it was a complete accident and for whatever reason was told to leave then and there!I couldn't believe the complete unreasonable behaviour of the staff and haven't been back for 3 months untill last night when as soon as my girlfriend and i walked in we were told (after watching alison whisper to the scottish girl bartender who wasn't present on the first occasion) that they wouldn't serve us! We didn't leave but sat in the garden with two friends who did buy us a drink, and as we sat in the garden still dumbstruck by the staff's actions,we were approached by the scottish girl and asked where we got the drink, when i told her she grabbed my hand and spilt the drink all over me then grabbed my girlfriend by the arm and told us to go or they would call the police! We did leave there and then as my girlfriend was upset and still cannot believe how we have been treated for no reason whatsoever, apart from me voicing my opinion and accidently spilling some drink on the bar 3 months ago,we,and especially my girlfriend have done absolutely nothing wrong! I am completely puzzled as to what we were meant to have done to be refused as i have never been banned or barred from any drinking estabishment and been using the bar for 27 years! We will start using the bar further into the village in future as not only were we unjustifiably manhandled and thrown out,but also humiliated in front of the whole bar. I await any response and any explanation, thankyou. mr p.*******
