Disgraceful situation at the hotel Cock

We stayed at The Cock Hotel 76, Woburn Road, Heath & Reach, Bedfordshire, we went down to Reception at about 12pm at night to ask for a fan for our childrens room as it was really hot and they couldnt breath properly, there was no one at reception or no one to contact in the hotel to speak to, so our children had to sleep in our room, we complained about this situation in the morning and told them we wasnt paying for the room as the children never slept in the room because of the heat, I was told by the receptionist that this was ok, and the day after they have charged my credit card for the amount of the room, I telephoned the manager and explained to him what happened and I was told that I had to pay for the room whether my children stayed in the room or not because I booked the room, and he told me to F/OFF which I was disgusted with, I have been upset by all this as hotels should have some sort of air conditioning for when it is hot, and if they cant sort anything out for you, you should get your money back, I want people to know what kind of hotel this is and how they speak to you when you complain about anything.
