Discrimination

I worked at LDMI A Talk America Company in the state of Michigan. I just walked out on my job yesterday due to my manager. He is a condesending male who only promotes his male friends and never listens to the females that work under him. I went and spoke to him directly and then I went to Human Resources and we had a group meeting and they instructed us that he would be coached in communications which he never has been, he has put me in tears as well as three other female co-workers and never even recieved a write up for his behavior. I would love to know how to get an investigation going with the Equal Employment group
