DISCOVER CARD DISHONEST

I received a product that I did not order charged to my Discover Card. I returned the product and obtained signature for proof of receipt by merchant. In dispute, Discover Card found in favor of dishonest merchant and I no longer have the product and I have been cheated out of $225.00. Discover Card found in favor of disreputable merchant even though I had documened proof to the contrary. Discover Card also frequently applies fradulent charges to accounts such as late payment fees when in fact the payment was made and received on or before the due date.
