Disappearance

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone here knows anything about a 22 year old woman with a 1 year old son. Her name is Christina Marie Bailey, and I am having a lot of trouble finding closure as to whether she is alive or dead. She was my best friend in high school and up until the season that Hurricane Katrina hit. Her last letter to me from Florida spoke of the evacuation. She got out of that and managed to send that letter, then she disappeared and I haven't heard from her since. I can't even find death records if there are any. She dyes her hair dark and it's normally at her shoulders, she is chubby with child birthing wieght, and she has very light sparse eyebrows that she used to joke about not being able to pluck cus then they would be nonexistent. Any knowledge would be appreciated.
