Disabled person at the TROPICANA AC,NJ

I'm a disabled lady using a scooter so I can get around..I requested a Handicap room at the Tropicana..They said it was a handicap..It had no rail to hold on to when you get out of the bathtub..so I had to wash up in the sink..then I stub my toe on something about 2' high (A piece of metal)...Now thats not bad enough, then I go to get tickets for a show and get there early to beat the rush and almost got crushed to death...an employee told the people in back of the line to come up to the front..No type of system at the box office..& then when I call the manager to complain...they don't call me back..I feel that they don't know how to treat disabled people at the Tropicana, so if you are disabled I would say STAY AWAY..Oh I did get 30.00 off my room for all my troubles and they told me the next time I go to AC to tell them and they would give me show tickets...Believe me, I would rather have not gone thru all that and will choose a smaller casino where I am treated better...
