disabled dating services

If a dating site for people with disabilities takes your money and starts counting down the 31 days of your paid membership, why can't they get it together to approve your profile so everyone else can see it on the site and actually send you a message???...so, are the messages I'm sending really arriving at the intended destination??? Tried emailing support, no one home, nope, nil, nada, zilch, so - posted my delemma on forum....YES!!! A MESSAGE FROM SUPPORT!! 'Please watch forum, there has been another posting since your last visit' OK, back to forum....Message reads 'Support doesn't read forum anymore, go figure, lol, you have to email them @.....(of course the address I've already mailed to and gotten shuffled back to forum from...!!!) Of course I mailed a copy back to support, and later that day a reminder that I haven't heard from anyone...I have a feeling I've been taken!!! This is the first time I've done this and paid $ - I thought I was safe on a dating site for diasbled people...WHAT'S THE WORLD COMING TO???? ARG!!! ok rant over...............
