Dirty people

I'am moving to a new house and the girl that lives down stairs is a pig. She seems like a nice person but she never cleans anything,she has a small dog that she lets go out side and will not clean up her poop it stinks bad.Her window is so dirty that you can't see through it The white blinds are black.I can only hope when she see's how clean my family is it will rub off on her.Wish us luck.
