DirecTV Sucks

I have tried to get DirecTV to move my satellite service to my new home for the last 5 days and I still do not have satellite service. I switched from cable to satellite a few years ago because I thought satellite was better. I'm strongly considering going back to cable or simply buying a good antenna.
