i used direct2own over the phone to enquire about a deskto computer. they called me saying i qualified for a deskto computer an first of all i never filled out any information threw this company called direct2own so i dont know where they even got my information from. proceded to get the computer an about a week later i canceled the order which was never canceled an they still took the 150$ out of my account. they r now trying to tellme i never spoke to anyone about the cancelation. an imnowonly getting 75$ back because of a cancelation fee i was never informed about! to me this company lacks customer support. the people i spoke to in customer support were extreamly rude did not cancel the order which i asked them to an made me feel like the company took no responsibility in their wrong doing!!!
