Direct TV Sucks

Direct TV is the worst digital company there is. They lie in order to get you to purchase the product. They then bring you the wrong equipment, and plan. They then charge you double when you advise them that they gave you the wrong plan. Not to mention everytime a slight mist, or rain comes the system goes out. When you try to make a complaint they tell you that there are no supervisors there, and that a complaint can only be made via mail. The comany gives you the run around and substandard service. The owner, and CEO of direct tv should try their own services. Maybe it would get overhauled. For now, it really sucks.
